Large projects for new products
Development of a modular lighting system that can be expanded as required and equipped with different optics.
We started with hand-drawn sketches, followed by the first 3D / 2D concepts as well as the production of prototypes, the selection of suppliers, the risk assessment and finally the implementation for series production. In addition, a patent has been registered for this innovation.
Small projects for new products
Development of an injection molded part in which a PCBA and punched foils are integrated.
Our field of activity extended from the conceptual work to the selection of the material and the suppliers to the preliminary coordination of the component (DFM = Design For Manufacturing). Ultimately, our part included the complete development of the component through to series production.
Optimization of existing products
Optimization of a stamping / bending part, made of steel sheetmetal.
Our tasks included the redesign with the help of CAD (3D/2D), the integration of additional functions, expansion of flexibility, selection of a new supplier as well as the implementation and support of the optimized product until it was ready for series production.
